The house travels folded, within the size of a shipping container. On site the side sections fold out and the floor area grows almost threefold.

Insulated facade panels
A finished facade and extra insulation in one panel: embossed steel sheet with a polymer coating over 12–14 mm of polyurethane foam. For new houses and for renovating an old facade.

Tile-effect wall panels
Panels for bathroom, kitchen and living-room walls. Fixed over the wall without plaster or tile adhesive and unaffected by moisture, so they can line a shower area or a kitchen splashback.
- Surfaces: matte solid colours, wood, marble and stone, terrazzo, tile pattern with milled joints
- Sheets 1220 mm wide and 2440–3600 mm long, 5, 7 or 8 mm thick; narrow 600 mm tile-format panels
- Two price levels: SPC (stone-polymer) is premium, carbon-crystal panels are the budget option

The base kit powers the house in the warm season, April to October. For year-round use the system grows to 7–8 kW of panels and 15–20 kWh of storage: the inverter has headroom, so panels are added without replacing the rest.

SEI: heat, cooling and electricity from the sun
Sistem Energetic Independent by Moldovan scientist Nicolae Covalenco. Here the solar panel not only produces electricity but also acts as a surface that draws heat from the air. Together with a heat pump and controls it gives a house, all year round:
